As credentialed providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, we file claims for those clients who qualify for nutrition counseling.
Some BCBSNC policies provide for six free nutrition counseling visits.
Please check with Member Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina to determine your eligibility for this type of coverage.
Rates:
(Telephonic and/or video conference counseling are available by appointment at the same rates.)
Initial Assessment and Counseling (minimum 60 minutes): $90.00
Follow-up visit (minimum 30 minutes): $45.00
Additional consultation time is billed in 15 minute increments.
